Having recently reached a decade of dedication to this all-important mission, I took some time to reflect on what skills have helped me succeed thus far. 10 years in healthcare is small compared to the multitude of people who have dedicated their lives to this admirable cause, but it certainly feels like dog years to me.

Every time I sent them my resume following the conversation, I would cringe as I reviewed the boring format used by all my peers. Although it quantified my impact in previous roles, it did very little to tell the potential interviewer about who I am as a person. To rectify this for the future (far future hopefully), I used the style of the Marissa Mayer resume to create my own with a little flavor.
